Hello,I am selling my 2009 Toyota Prius Touring Hybrid. I am the second owner of it; I purchased it at 36,504 miles on it in 11/2014.I have thoroughly taken crucial care of it like it is my own baby. I have kept up with every single one of its scheduled maintenance in the handbook, such as oil changes, air and cabin filters, new front and rear windshield wipers, constantly adding in the right amount of PSI air in tires, tire changes, wheel alignment, and a recent transmission fluid change at 80k miles. I added in all 4 new tires at around 70k miles, and added in a new small car battery at 40k miles. I also just installed 2 brand new rear tires on 9/20/2018.I have also made many additions and adjustments to make the car appear sportier and handle better. These cosmetic changes includes:- UV tinted windows (Limo tint on rear and back windows. Third darkest tint on front windows.)- Ducktail wing spoiler- Bug deflector on the hood- Third generation Prius rims- Rear roof lip spoiler - Shark fins above rear window- 3 WeatherTech floor mats in the driver, passenger, and rear driver side. (OEM carpet floor mats included.)- New and improved steel grille on the front- NavCap mounted overt the GPS Navigation unit to prevent sun glare on the screen.- Prius Chassis Stiffener Kit to provide a rigid framework under the car to eliminate chassis flex, ensuring correct suspension geometry. The chassis provdes better handling, a more stable and solid feel, especially when turning around corner, and a modest nudge in miles per gallon (Under the car in pictures)I have taken my uttermost care for this car. The maintenance is near perfect and guaranteed to last you a lifetime. (I hear that Prius's can last 600k miles if taken care of properly.) The reason why I am selling it is because I am purchasing another hybrid car. The car is basically nearly perfect. It has nice leather seats and a backup camera when reversing.The only cons is that there is a tiny crack on the front windshield on the bottom left, which I had my car insurance company seal it so that it does not spread anymore. The crack has been present there since I purchased it in 2014, and it has not grown since then. The other con is that the tire pressure light on the dashboard is always on and needs to be reset. That never really bothered me since I always check my tires' air pressure and I add in air whenever the tires need it. At last, the touch screen for the GPS Navigation unit is not calibrated to the point where you can't touch the screen to use it. The GPS Navigation unit does indeed work, you just can't use its touch screen's functions. As an alternative, I have always used the buttons manually and voice settings to operate the car. It's odd because I actually purchased another GPS Navigation Unit to replace it, but the touch screen is still not calibrated. I am assuming a wire is the issue here instead of the Navigation Unit as a whole. These minor issues are basically all the issues with the car. Regarding performance and reliability, the Prius runs perfectly.I have the title, pink slip, and smog check certificate in hand. The car is registered until next year.I love this vehicle very much, but unfortunately I am moving on to another hybrid vehicle. I have made many personal adjustments and additions to improve the car. I have been using this as my daily work commute car from West Covina to Anaheim since 2014.
