A dealer rebuiltcars019 transaction number on the eBay listing 263876847635 All I ask of rebuiltcars019 was to pay for return shipping and a full refund. or pay for the repairs on the car and I will keep the car.The car is not as described rebuiltcars019 will not confirm a refund or help with return shipping. I left negative feedback on his Site to warn others and eBay removed it. I am selling this car and letting you know that if you buy a car through this dealer or a car that has a rebuilt title you have no recourse through eBay. I have contacted the Attorney General here in the state of Ohio to look into this case. The car I have does not have a heating system, ODB board does not work, the ECP light comes on and loses power every time we drive it down the road, TPM monitor comes on, the traction control light comes on, the cruise control does not work, that windshield wipers work intermittently, not all windows do not go up and down, and the speakers in the doors do not work. All these things eBay is aware of. They will not do one thing to help me. I am selling the car as is. The negative feedback I left said, "beware rebuiltcars019 has a F rating with the Better Business Bureau and I have to get the Atty. Gen. involved. The car not as described." Ebay has deleted this from his feedback and eBay told me when you buy a car and leave a negative feedback and the seller wants it removed, they will remove it. Selling car as is.
