This car has very nice paint with one small chip by the antenna. Very nice interior with no holes. The engine compartment is like new, all gauges work. No rust observed anywhere. Equipped with power steering, there is some play in steering. Since I purchased this car I have done the following things: Heads rebuilt with hardened seats for unleaded gas, new valve guides, rebuilt power steering pump, new larger radiator, thermostat, hoses and heavy duty water pump. New motor for convertible top. Electronic ignition and coil. Synthetic DOT 5 brake fluid. Have all four Studebaker repair and parts manuals. New weather stripping inside doors (passenger side door is a bit harder to close). This car is kept inside and is a nice little driver.
