Mint Condition 2004 Volvo XC90 T6 AWD with only 40,474 original miles. This vehicle was previously owned by a wealthy family and kept at the vacation home in Lake Tahoe, that is why it has such low miles. When I bought the vehicle, the tires were from 2006 and they were snow tires. The vehicle just had an oil change and nothing is wrong, clean bill of health. Vehicle runs great. Clean title ready to go to the new owner.-AC works great. Just had it checked/serviced just because its hot here in Phoenix. No issues. Vehicle also comes with a Rear AC button on the dash. Automatic Dual AC.-Seat heaters-Leather is in clean and amazing condition. -All door locks and power windows work. -Sunroof works great, no issues. We don't use it half the year here in Arizona. Way too hot!-Brand new tires, only 300 miles on them. They are Yokohama YK740 GTX 235/60R18 from Discount Tire-New Air filter-All New brakes Front and Rear-New power steering fluid-Oil change just done-Transmission drain and replace just done. Full flush and filter change done 18k miles ago -Timing belt, water pump, tensioner and idler were all done last year May due to age-Coolant service just done-Comes with a Volvo cargo container for the roof. Also has the Volvo cross bars installed. -Aluminum Wheels-AWD. Very safe vehicle to drive in all road conditions. Equipped with Winter mode to help drive in the snow.-Power side mirrors that fold in with the push of a button-Parking Sensors-Rear cargo cover that folds out for hiding your valuables. -Navigation Screen. Works great. Comes with the Navigation CD from Volvo-The carpet is immaculately clean. Passenger side front does have a small patch of dirtiness. That's all. -Comes with a pet barrier that is not installed. We have not had pets in the vehicle and neither did the previous owner. -Comes with some spare phone cables, Apple and Android, 3 dual port charging outlets, used bottle of leather conditioner, spare remote battery and a front windshield screen.
