1999 BMW K1200RS VIN: WB10554A6XZA52336 Mileage 54,200 Color: Dark gray metallic Owned since 2003. Purchased from dealership in Daytona. We’re moving to a townhouse with no space for the motorcycle. Stock features: •130 hp 1157cc engine, water cooled •6-speed transmission •Direct drive •Adjustable windscreen •Removable luggage cases (big enough for a helmet) Added features •Remus exhaust •Throttlemeister cruise control •Steel braided brake lines •Handlebar risers •Sargent seat Ergonomics •The lowest point on the seat is 29” off the ground. I’m 5’-10” and can put both feet flat on the ground. •The handlebar risers move the handles back 2” and .75” up for more comfortable riding position. Condition There are no mechanical issues. No fluid leaks anywhere except for slight seepage at the top of front-left fork. No engine work has ever been needed. Last maintenance interval was in May: new front tire (Dunlop Sportmax Q3) and synthetic oil change. The back tire is still good. No electrical issues except for ABS module; can be replaced or used without. Paint is in an excellent condition. There are no noticeable scratches, dents or abrasions. This motorcycle has provided many miles of trouble free operation and should provide many more.
