I took apart a couple of Laverdas I owned to make improvements, but ran into some health problems before I got them back together. After several years of no progress, I've decided to try listing them in their current condition. This ad is for a 1976 Laverda Jota 1000 triple. See my other ad for my Laverda 500 Montjuic. Note the bike is partially disassembled (body parts are set in place for photos), but I did the disassembly and all the parts are there to make it run; it has NOT been parted out. it was running when I took it apart. Clean title - NOT salvage. Red and green. 30,847 miles. It was laid down before I took it apart, resulting in broken gauges and a bent front rim. The front rim is included and it will roll, but it has to be replaced. Also, some cosmetic damage to body work (see photos). I had a frame expert check the frame and it's straight. No damage to the powertrain. I personally replaced the steering head bearings and rebuilt the front forks. Adjustable Marzocchi rear shocks! ATTENTION: Getting a bunch of feedback from collectors and it seems Laverda did not import Jota versions yet so a specialist builder (see graphics) upgraded the engine to Jota specs. This is illustrated by the "4/C" on the cams, which I've uploaded a picture of. Also, this has the super-rare alloy Brembo master cylinder. Contact me with questions.
