Vehicle Detail

For your consideration we are listing this 1953 Ford Crestline Victoria. This car was restored about 15 years ago. It had been in a barn after the owner enjoyed it for a few years. I purchased it to bring it back, but plans changed. I have completed quite a bit of restoration on this car. The complete underside has been cleaned, painted and undercoated. two small areas of rust were cut out at the rear inner fender and properly repaired with steel patch panels.New brake lines, new wheel cylinders, new master cylinder with power booster. New shocks front and rear. Fuel tank has been boiled and cleaned, no repairs needed. New fuel lines ran from tank to Carb. New electric inline fuel pump installed. Stromberg Auroquad Carburetor was rebuilt. Engine bay has been cleaned and painted.Exhaust was removed as I planned to run different exhaust system. Tires have almost the entire tread remaining. Interior is in very good condition, one small area on the back seat will need repaired. windows all operate properly and the glass is all good. The dash is very clean, all stock. Gauge cluster is beautiful. The chrome trim is in decent with a few newly re-plated pieces included. There are also many duplicate pieces to choose from for assembly. Fasteners are all bagged and marked for assembly. Motor runs, does not smoke. compression ranges from 100 to 130 PSI with the exception of the number 1 cylinder, needs a valve. My plan was to do a 5.0 swap, however for mental health reasons I need to eliminate a few projects :)The car was repainted years ago and rolled into the barn without final assembly, tarped and forgotten. The paint began to bubble and should be resprayed. the rockers have a bit of rust that will need to be repaired also. hopefully this description and the pictures will answer all your questions, however if you need more info please do not hesitate to ask questions. This car is still a project. I do have a video of the engine running from today. THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION, CAR IS FOR SALE LOCALLY AS WELL AND I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END THIS AUCTION AT MY DISCRETION. This car is for sale, no games, no scams please. if your intent is any different please click to another auction. I have described this vehicle to the best of my abilities. I have no problem assisting your transporter. Shipping can be provided to Bay Area shipping dock for nominal fee for overseas buyers
