This is a 1955 Ford F-350 1 ton Pickup with manual 4 speed transmission powered by 6 cylinder overhead valve engine. This is the original engine and has been completely rebuilt with less than 50 hours run time since rebuild. The entire truck has no rust and no bodywork has been done on it. There are only a few small scratches. I would be happy to provide closer photos of any desired areas. The truck was originally owned by the North Hollywood Theatrical Ice Company and used mainly for advertising. It was sold to a longtime loyal employee and I am the third owner. The truck has always been garaged. Total mileage entered in the listing information above as 35000 is only a guess because the speedometer was replaced, but I suspect it is very low since I only put a few thousand miles on it during the 26 years I have owned it, and prior to that is was mainly used for stationary advertising. Modifications on this truck include a change from the original 6 volt electrical system to 12 volt/ w alternator & the original split rim (suicide ) rims were replaced with one piece wheels. The engine needs a fuel pump, it will start and run smoothly but only for short time ( until the fuel bowl drains). So the truck cannot currently be driven. The interior of truck needs new ceiling panel and the seat, although usable, needs to be completely redone. The truck bed has had new oak planking installed. The windshield wiper arms are missing and the drivers side roll up window needs to be replaced.The truck is in amazing condition overall and shows very well, over $23000 invested.
