2007 Audi A6 4.2L Quattro AWD V-8 (this is a relist thanks to a couple of zombie bidders--one whose ID showed up 15 times on the bidder list assured me "I didn't bid on your car, it was another audi". The winning bidder thought that the end of the auction was the time to start asking questions that were all answered in the first 10 words of the description.then without paying anything of course, he left ME bad feedback. As Dave Berry used to say, "You can't make this stuff up." History and condition details —same owner since 2009 showing 210k miles —Very well maintained from the git-go; extensive service history at Audi dealer and local Audi specialist. other than current issues listed below, you can consider that this car was maintained to Audi’s recommended service schedule. That’s how you get 200k miles on one of these big audi’s with as few issues as this one has. —starts, runs and shifts quite well —very presentable paint, glass and trim —clean un-molested, non-smoker interior showing only minor wear mostly on entry side of driver’s seat —both original remote fobs, keys and manuals —Very well equipped of course including Quattro AWD, NAV, satellite radio, heated seats, power everything including sun roof. Super nice sound system with OE amplifier in trunk, speakers up the gazoo, rock on brother! —AND EVERYTHING WORKS. Not even a pixel out on the interactive screen controls, all electronic goodies work —Cold AC from excellent Audi dual zone climate control system —Exhaust system is clean and solid as is unibody and underside—see photos —recent services include: replace plugs, ignition coils, valve cover gaskets, synthetic oil change (@208k) replace throttle body assembly (@205k) intake manifold assembly removed/cleaned for carbon removal, coolant service (@197k) valve cover gaskets, fluid services (@186k) new battery (@178k) Where the love is needed —check engine light indicating attention to injectors is needed —front tires are close to the wear bars, rear’s are slightly better —several stone chips (see pics) scratches here and there consistent with age and miles —5 alloy wheels showing very well with no typical midwest corrosion and only minor curb rash on a couple of them Bottom line—as “the dude” would have put it in the Big Labowski—at least this is my opinion, man... This car is way too nice for the crusher. it’s going to sell for very modest money in this NO-RESERVE auction. With injector servicing and tires, somebody will be driving an awful lot of car for very modest money. This car could be driven home from here (44333) to anywhere as the injector situation has not gotten to the point that it interferes with normal driving. Tires will be fine for summer driving. About the Seller I list cars for friends, family and clients. I`m not a dealer but in accordance with eBay´s requirements I have the title in hand and authority from the owner to complete the transaction. Title and car will go from current owner to buyer.
