Up For Auction Is A 1963 Corvette Convertible Project Car . Just Got Back Last Night From Getting The Car. It is fairly priced for it's condition and not being a complete car . It has a 65 or 66 chassis under it with disc brakes instead of drum . The car has a block and a 4-speed borg warner case bolted it place . The body looks original from fire wall back and it looks like the top surround and the passenger side turn signal panel have been changed , but all is GM panels with bonding strips in tact . The inner fenders are original to the car as well . The headlight assemblies are complete 63 assemblies needing some work . The front grill and the 3 pieces of trim are also there . The steering column and wheel are 63 , the glove box and center consel and the 3 pieces the go around it are 63 , the hood is original as well as the cookie sheets , the seats are complete 63 seats with tracks and all mounting tabs the seats of coarse will nee to be restored with new covers and foam and a few springs . The hard top is 63 only with the notch , it has a bent piece that makes it a pian to close the door as you have to pick up on the hard top to clear the bent piece . A good piece comes with it to replace it . also the rear plexi glass is in good condition just needs to be installed . Also the windshield is new shadded tinted and will be taped in place for transport . The trim is mostly there for inner and outer for windshield missing the lowers only. The dash was a radio delete until some body in the past cut it out for a tape deck ? It is missing the clock and the guage cluster is not complete and wrong year.All 4 bumper cores are included as well. The car is a project car and incomplete but is a good start for somebody at a very fair price as these 63 are very hard to find in any condition. The car is being sold with no warranties implied or other wise . It is sold in as is condition .It will need to be trailered as it does not run or stop .
