This is a 2014 Kia Cadenza (Premium) with approximately 48,250 miles on it. The car has a Rebuilt Salvaged (Flood Damage) title after it experienced fresh-water flooding in Hurricane Harvey and had approximately 6 inches of water up the door. Original pictures from the salvage yard will be provided upon request. I purchased the car with 46,914 miles and have test driven it for 1,000+ miles after performing all repairs and it runs beautifully. The MPG Rating is 19 city / 28 highway, and true to form I have averaged around 25 MPG since I got the car with mixed driving. The engine has plenty power to get up and go!The car will come with 1 Key fob. When I purchased the car, it was unfortunately delivered without any keys, so I had to purchase a new key fob and had a locksmith program it to the car. Just to confirm, this is a legitimate OEM Kia Cadenza key fob. The locksmith, however, did not do a very good job, so the remote buttons on the fob do not work as it is – Instead, there is a button on the handle of the car door (shown in the pictures) which unlocks/locks the door when it is pushed and the fob is within close proximity. The proximity sensor in the remote works just fine. You can of course take this to your local locksmith/Kia dealer to have it programmed. Similarly, the trunk has a button located on the exterior that must be pushed with the fob in close proximity to open it. The Current emergency key is also uncut and is still a blank ready to be cut by a locksmith.Once the car was deemed salvaged, due to the battery being dead and the car being unable to turn on, the title was branded as “Odometer Reading = 1, NOT ACTUAL MILEAGE). Once a “not actual” reading is put on the title, it cannot be removed. Immediately after I received possession of the car, I charged the battery overnight; the following morning, it started, ran, and drove without issue. At this point, the car odometer showed 46,914 miles. The odometer has not been replaced or altered in any way.THIS CAR RUNS LIKE A DREAM. The only electronics issue is that the passenger seat heating unit has quit working and will likely require replacement if you desire. The car drives perfectly and has absolutely no known mechanical issues. There are no check-engine, airbag warning, or other error lights present. Further, THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHTS ON SINCE I PURCHASED THE CAR. The exterior of the car is in good overall shape with normal rock dings and small scuffs, including a scuff on the driver side of the trunk compartment. There are some scuffs and curb scrapes on the wheels which can be seen in the pictures.
