Vehicle Detail

This auction is for a 1978 Honda CB 750 F super sport. The bike is pretty much as I found it. It sat for a while. Mostly conversation piece in my garage when the guys come around. I used to take it out and ride it through the association, cracking the throttle take it to 80 mph and then park it for a while. Although I haven’t done that for a bit. I rebuilt the 4 carburetors about a year ago however something isn’t quite right. The bike needs a good 15 minutes to warm up before I can take it out without stuttering. I figure it has to be a carb adjustment as I turn up the idle a bit and it runs fine after it’s warmed up. The fact of the matter is I’m Harley and British guy and I bought this bike because it’s a nice cool older bike. The bike is incredibly strong for its age and I don’t think the engine really needs anything. But cosmetically it’s a bit screwed up. It has a cool clubman handlebars rubber is good brakes are good, Kerker 4 in 1 exhaust. I hope to put a video up soon. it needs some guy who knows Japanese bikes and has a weekend to spare to get it running in top shape. I don’t think it would take much cash. It has a new fuel accellerator pump I put in when doing the carburetors. It’s a chance to get one of the true early crotch rockets. If you’re going to hang a Honda CB 77 and 78‘s are the ones to half. Sorry for relisting this over and over it just wouldn’t come under the right heading hopefully this is it Guys do not bid on this if you don’t have the money. $500 is due immediately at the end of auction through PayPal. I will except all forms of payment but must clear before you take the bike. I will hold the bike for one month or whatever really what you need. I’m not a hard ass about that but it’s not my fault if my house burns down or I’m burglarized. Check my feedback. Hit me up with an offer if you’re so inclined the most I can do is say no. And ask all questions. Ship the bike anyway you want. This is being done on my cell phone so if there’s spellcheck you understand good luck Trying to charge the battery but it think its cashed. Don't have a load tester but am going to leave it on the charger all the same. The bike absolutely runs. Thanks On May-07-18 at 07:26:28 PDT, seller added the following information: Was able to jump the bike and started right up. I figure I haven't started it since September, so not too bad, I did have the tank drained but now has a gallon off premium in it. It will need a battery, the tires need air but are not flat. It sounds as if it needs the valves need gapping. There was some smoke coming from the exhaust, none when I parked it, I figure that's just 9 months sitting. ASK ALL QUESTIONS. SEE THE BIKE IF YOU WISH. NO TEST RIDES. SOLD AS ISOn May-07-18 at 08:42:18 PDT, seller added the following information: 0 FEEDBACK AND NEW ACCOUNTS MUST MESSAGE ME FIRST.
