I recently purchased this 1966 Biscayne from a local collector who had many cars and parts. This car has not been seen or available for at least 30 years while hidden away in his massive collection. When the owner passed the family had an auction and everything was sold off. The car is a southern car from Georgia, it has a 350 Chevy engine, block cast 3970010. As close as I can tell it is a four bolt main, high nickel block. I poured a little fuel in the carb and installed a battery and it fired right up. Motor sounds very solid, no strange noises, smoke, etc. It is a straight shift car (3 on the tree) and could be very easily converted to 4 speed or whatever. Body is very solid, floor pans and trunk pan are good. No complete panels will need replaced. What rust it does have, I tried to get pictures of. This is a great project/builder. It could be anything you want it to be. Please don't ask me if it would make it back home or where ever you reside. It is has not moved under its own power for over 30 years so bring a trailer. I hope that is clear enough. These are near impossible to find and would make a great car. Not your typical Camaro, TransAm, Corvette, etc. I love all of the above as well, but this would definitely be different.
