Vehicle Detail
You are looking at a 2003 Cadillac Escalade EXT. It is a LOW MILEAGE truck! We purchased this truck last year to tow our Jet skis and snowmobiles as well as take a few roadtrips with. We have had it up into Canada twice as well as down to Virginia and the Carolinas a few times. Its a pleasure to drive and fits our gear, etc with room to spare. It even has a rear seat DVD player for the passengers on the road trips. The only reason we are selling it is the itch for another Corvette has been getting a lot worse. We both have everyday cars for work, etc and only room for three cars in the garage. So I hate to do it but we are only selling this truck to make room in the garage. NO RESERVE!!! When we purchased this truck, it was mechanically sound and still is. Cosmetically it does have some scratches(some deep, some will buff out)/shopping cart dents, etc. mostly on the drivers side and tailgate. The bumpers are not perfect and do have scratches and some paint peel. The hood has a small dent that was touched up but still noticeable. It would be an easy fix that we were planning on doing but as I mentioned, new toy is already on the way! It was not the plan to sell this truck! The interior is in very nice condition. The only thing worth mentioning is the drivers seat bottom has a few small tears in it. Maybe from jean rivets or something, not sure. Again, it was like that when we purchased. New factory leather seat covers (original style) are available and very reasonable online. The only thing that will occasionally pop up is the Service Ride Control/Stabilitrak. We had it looked at and they replaced the steering wheel position sensor along with the 2 front ABS sensors (common problems). I called them after and said that the sensors may just need to be recalibrated. Not 100% sure and it's not a big deal at all, just wanted to mention. We've driven this truck both locally and long distance. I would get in and drive it anywhere! Clear title. Tires are very good as well. Here are a few things that have been replaced during our ownership: >Front wheel bearing (had alignment done after-brake pads and rotors were checked during this, all good)>Oil changes every 3-3500 miles>Front/rear differential oil changes>Transmission pan filter / fluid >Water pump gasket was leaking (not bad just a drip), had it replaced>New Serpentine belt installed as well>Anti-freeze coolant drained, flushed, and filled with correct GM Dex-Cool coolant>Tires rotated>Steering wheel Position Sensor Just proper maintenance things... Specs: Towing Capacity: 7400 lbs Transmission: 4-speed Automatic Horsepower: 345 @ 5200 rpm Torque: 380 ft-lbs. @ 4000 rpm Engine: 6.0L V8 Curb Weight: 5903 lbs. Regarding bidding: No bidding if you have less than 10 feedback unless previously discussed. Truck sold "as-is". All information is true and accurate to the best of our knowledge. Current Mileage is 74,100. This may go up a bit as we do still drive it.
