A nice 2 door Chevrolet Tahoe with 177,000 km and a manual transmission. Nice bright red exterior and the interior is the standard grey cloth of the day. Barn doors. No accidents to my knowledge. Everything is stock except alarm, and built in radar detector. I've owned this truck for about 15 years, and I believe this is a local truck. It has been inside most of its life, but I've now lost the place it was stored.Paint is shiny with no peeling, staining, or fading, and it drives well. I do not hear any unwanted engine noises (valves or bearings) with an unaided ear. Wind deflector that goes under the front bumper was removed to install bush bar by previous owner. Wind deflector is included in case new owner wants to return truck to stock.New tires (Michelin LTX M/S). Clutch was done about 10,000km ago and works as new. New posi rear end a few years ago.Because this is Ebay and because I hope to receive 5 star feedback, here is a list of everything I know that is not perfect with the vehicle. Issues: - Fuel gauge reads ~1/8 high. Has always been like that. - Several small holes in head liner - Sits a little low on left side. I believe due to rear spring(s). - Right front fender, door, and quarter have been repainted. I was told this was due to scratches at delivery when new, but cannot confirm. - Carpet is stained from wear in places but not worn. See picture(s). - Truck is used - paint chips, small "shopping cart" type dents and marks are to be expected. - Potential for intermittent connection in aftermarket driving lights. They are bright, however. - Typical paint wear and resulting potential for surface rust on body under doors from front wheel spray. Rust spot on bottom of driver's door. See pictures. - Elastic straps on shades have stretched and sagged over time. - Motion sensor for aftermarket Alpine alarm is too sensitive. I have disabled alarm with the disabling switch. Alarm has a pager (that should work...). - Built in aftermarket radar-detector is too old to detect radar anymore. Finds every automatic door, however. - Factory FOBs are missing. Alpine FOB works instead. - Only one reliable Alpine FOB. Bought another, not paired yet. - Small oil leaks/weeping seals in all the usual places for a vehicle of this age- The chromed grill sounds loose when you pull on it, but has no visible cracks nor does it move when driving.- There may be an exhaust leak near the catalytic converter.- This is a 20 year old used vehicle, with all the normal issues you might expect on a vehicle of that age. Vehicle is located in Vancouver BC, approximately 25 minutes from the US border, beside Annacis Island (a major shipping hub), and 20 minutes from the airport.
