Should be repainted as the clear coat is coming off of the paint and peeling in several areas. The paint does not match on several panels as it appears that someone tried to repaint the front bumper and many the front fenders - poorly.The driver's seat should be repaired (some rips) but the interior is complete and overall very good (dash is not cracked)The engine, tranny and the brakes all work properly.
