This auction is for a 1998 red Volvo V70 with approximately 150,000 original miles. It has always been a safe and reliable car. It has a solid, original great 2.4 Liter engine, ice cold air conditioning and hot heat, heated seats and so much more! Since it is a 20 year old car, there are some things that need fixing. The trunk does not close or lock (it does NOT leak a drop of water when it rains, the headliner is coming loose at the back of the car. The car passed safety when last done but failed emissions. This is very common for volvos of this age. It has four good condition tires. The brakes are good. It has not been driven in several years we I purchased a newer volvo V50 wagon. Hood has been replaced (minor 30mph accident). Title is clean. Three owner car. It does not leak oil. The hood was replaced in a minor accident. This car would be perfect for someone who does not have emissions testing or for a mechanic. The car needs has a new high end battery. New high quallity battery. There may be another problem which could be the trunk not closing and this draining the battery though it did not before. The car has died at a traffic light once due to low idle and has twice had idling at 3,000 RPM. Car has had emissions fail previoulsy and been repaired. It is definitely fixable.
