Buyer is responsible for pickup or coordinating with shipping company to pickup after payment has been made in full. For Sale is my 2003 Mercedes-Benz E500 with just 109k miles. Super clean, 2 owner car. No issues, low miles and ready for spring. As you can see from the pictures, this is a good looking sedan. Desert Silver Metallic over matching Tan leather interior. No dents, dings, missing or faded paint or rust anywhere on this car. There are a few minor scratches here and there and a few scuffs on the rear bumper, but overall you'd be hard pressed to find anything to complain about on the outside of this car. All of the trim and moldings are present and show well. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in Michelin's with good tread all around. All of the leather seats are in good condition, with no rips or tears. The light colored carpets show some wear and a few marks from age, but are not excessively worn. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, seats and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The front and rear climate control system is fully automatic and functions properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. The wood accents show well and compliment the tan interior nicely. The trunk is spacious and clean. Again, everything works as it should - windows, door locks, audio, sunroof, front and rear climate control, power seats, even the original factory mechanical cup holder works as it should. Mechanically, the car is in good running and driving condition. The 5.0L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly and makes ample power. There are no leaks and the engine does not smoke. The Airmatic is working properly and does not sag. In fact I've had this car parked in my garage for 2-3 weeks at a time over this past winter and the car stays nice and straight. From a visual inspection, it appears the Airmatic on this car may have been replaced at some point in the past, which would be consistent with other cars of this age and mileage. No warning lights on the dash. Steering and braking feel good. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels very strong. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts normally with no issues. The car is extremely smooth out on the road. Airmatic engages properly in all three settings - normal, sport 1 and sport 2. Factory spare, jack and tools are in the truck. Car is PA inspected until July 2018 and has mostly just sat in my garage the last 3-4 months. Within the last 1,500 miles it has had a Mobil 1 0W-40 full synthetic oil change, transmission fluid change, new belt, belt tensioner and idler pulley. I am the second owner of the car and purchased it last summer. I do not have a full service history, but I do have all of the original manuals, booklets and a number of invoices from the Mercedes dealer from the first owner. I also have the original window sticker (see photo). I have 1 key for the car. The base on these cars are pretty well loaded, on top of that this car includes the optional folding rear seats, heated front seats, and the E2 value package which includes sunroof and premium sound system with 6 disc changer. As you can see from the AutoCheck history provided with this auction, the AutoCheck score is above average. The only blemish on the vehicle history report was an accident described as a "RIGHT FRONT IMPACT WITH A PEDESTRIAN" during 2008. My guess is that there was never any damage to the car, it simply had to be reported due to the nature of the incident.If you follow these cars, you know that other sellers are asking $6k - $8k for similar W211 E500s. Many of those cars have been put through the gauntlet by 4-5 owners, have major accidents or title issues, leaky air springs, etc. This car has none of those issues.
