Selling my always garaged, wonderfully maintained '05 911S (997) in favor of a 991. This clean Carfax Porsche is particularly special in that it has only 47,581 miles on its factory/ under warranty replaced engine (replaced in 2009 @ 18,686 miles for a scratched #6 cylinder - replacement part 997-100-997-BX). The replacement also helps it avoid any prospective IMS issue. I have all maintenance records including engine replacement docs. The car is optioned with a chrono package, navigation, sport seats, lobster 19" wheels, and Grey Seal paint. Bose Premium system, PSM - Sport traction control, car cover. Tires have 70% tread left. Just completed a full tune up (including new coils and plugs), Mobil 1 0-40 oil change. Interior is spotless and rugs are protected with Porsche rubber mats. The standard floor mats are like new. There is minor road rash on the front hood and several small blemishes on the car, drink holder door is finicky, but overall it is a 8.6 out of 10. Car was first titled in Canada. On Mar-04-18 at 16:20:55 PST, seller added the following information: 1. I am not a dealer. I am a private owner. This is my fifth 911. Selling the 997 in place of a 2013 991 2. Car had 55K on it when I purchased it. The motor had 36,700 miles. Car was an Atlanta vehicle, represented accurately to me upon visual inspection. I paid cash.3. Car is available to be seen or driven in Chattanooga. It is not a daily driver so it is available most anytime. 4.
