Very nice example 1974 Mercedes Benz 240d Diesel. Not perfect, but it is in great shape. Odometer is not functioning and miles are estimated at 100,000 Very little rust. This Mercedes was purchased new in Chicago by Joseph Tigerman. Google him, he was a retired Chicago policeman and a 3 time Olympian. You can see the Olympic badges in the rear window in the pics. This Mercedes is super clean inside no rips or tears. Under the hood is also very, very clean. I have lots of receipts and records that come with the car. I drive this car almost daily. It shifts nice and smooth. New Hancook tires in the past year, updated glow plugs 2 months ago. Starts with ease every time and runs beautifully, even on the coldest Illinois days.
