2010 Jeep Patriot 2WD SUV Estate car here, selling for the attorney representing the estate. Title is in hand and I have authority to complete the transaction. 5-spd manual trans, crank windows (!), no power locks or mirrors. This is a car us baby-boomers daddy's would have loved! This is about as basic a jeep as you can find. Hey, not much to go wrong here folks! Also would be a good college kid special car if you really wanted to embarrass little Tiffany in front of her BMW-driving sorority sisters. Very nice overall condition. Actually fun to drive in a minimalist way. Does remind me of the simple, stick-shift rides I grew up with. On Feb-06-18 at 10:48:40 PST, seller added the following information: I found out from the estate attorney that this car has been driven very little in past year—mostly parked in owner’s drive. Unpainted parts such as brake parts and tie rods suffered. The underside is consistent with Midwest weather—surface rust but no rust through of unibody. I’ll ad pics of the bottom.
