This is a 1963 Renault Caravelle we started restoring many years ago. This car has a clear Kansas antique title. The mileage is just what is listed on title for the car, do not know a lot about the engine. I did put new rods and mains and had crank shaft turned. This car runs and stops fine, it could use a tune-up. The engine is not the original one, we replaced it with a Gordini Engine. We put in a new clutch and release bearing and new motor mounts. The brakes have been redone, we used Dot 5 brake fluid in the system. The interior has been refreshed by us, with the buckets seats reupholstered. The back seat and the well area for the convertible top is original material. We made the door panels ourselves and put in carpet. The convertible top is new, we installed ourselves. You might consider replacing it, but it did not go together great, it does work fine. The tires are all bad from sitting, we bought new and they dry rotted from just sitting. The car will need to be painted again, we have started sanding to put on the final coat. We painted it and did not like the finish and started over. We have all the trim pieces in the car, all the hubcaps,. The bumpers have been painted with a silver paint. We have lots of extra parts, doors, hood, top frame, back window etc. We added photos of underneath the car. We replaced the front pan because it had rusted through, we made the new pan. There is some surface rust on the underside, but did not see rust through. Considering the age it is in great shape., we have always kept it in the garage. This will include the manuals I took picture of, and any other items we find. This will be a local pick up or you arrange delivery. We will need a $500.00 deposit to paypal within 2 day of purchase.
