My brother bought around 1974-75. The mileage is accurate. Last ran in 2015. Engine turns-over, wheels roll, etc. He used a 1937 sidecar for short period (see other ad offering 1937 BMW "KALI" Sidecar): has weld-bead on right rear frame above swing-arm where sidecar was "attached"; frame appears structurally sound. Someone later added Harley-Davidson mufflers and welded front cross-pipe. Give someone a blow-torch and they become Michelangelo... Has center-stand (held-up with bungee cord; end of spring broken-off?) and side-stand. Carburetors appear complete. Points new 2015. Wired for Life plug wires. Tires flat but haven't tried to inflate. One seat hinge attached to seat, one to frame. Saddle-bag frame attached. Rear light assembly pushed upwards & front light housing has been "squeezed". Tank doesn't appear dented. Missing: keys (seat-lock is locked), engine ventilation suction cover & hood (with nameplates), front blinkers (removed to add "Windjammer Faring": yes, it handled terribly), left tank nameplate, solenoid, front fender, headlight, right air cleaner suction funnel (left one included but has been taped), petcocks & gas lines, brake hub levers, odds & ends.
