Very hard to find 1988 Porsche Turbo S. This is #1711 of the 1875 Porsche 944 Turbo S models built. I recently bought this (winter of 2017) to recreate a past trip to the 24 Hours of Daytona with my only brother who has stage 4 cancer. However, his health has diminished, requiring us to fly to the event rather than drive from Central Illinois. Less than 78,000 miles, less than 3,000 miles per year. I'm still taking the car out locally for short enjoyment trips. Comes with car cover. This Porsche was purchased and has been kept here in the St. Louis metro area the entire time. It has had extensive work and upgrades done to it by Reid Vann Porsche Specialist here in St. Louis. I have records of the engine rebuild (by choice, not by necessity). I have maintenance records from the previous owner and my own. I didn't anticipate selling it this soon, so many $$$ were invested but things change. In March, 2017 (at 76,XXX miles), the timing belt, water pump, front engine seals, all fluids changed, AC compressor replaced, new exhaust and more were done. Other than your standard oil change, this car is good to go for a long time. My loss is your gain. The steering does not pull to one side or the other and the tires have many miles of tread left on them.
