Up for sale is my 2006 BMW X5 4.8is with 75K original miles. Silver Metallic with black leather. You have to see this car in person to appreciate how nice the condition of this vehicle is. The interior I would rate 9.9/10 (still has the new leather smell). You can definitely tell this car has been garaged its entire life. The exterior paint and moldings are also in outstanding condition and I would rate 9.5/10 with some very minor paint pitting and rock chips to be expected of a vehicle this age. Tires are in excellent condition and have plenty of tread (rears are >90%, Fronts are 50-60% tread life). There are no mechanical issues to report with this car, no check engine lights or drips. Engine is the upgraded and very powerful 4.8 liter v8 which makes passing effortless, with the upgraded factory exhaust which adds an aggressive and muscular tone when you open the throttle. Additionally, all 4 air shocks have been replaced by the previous owner, so the air suspension works flawlessly (one of the more costly repairs on these cars). I love this car and hate to part with it, but I have purchased an Audi S6 wagon and I don't have room for both in my garage. I also have on online photo album with more pictures that I can share upon request. Car also includes Weathertech mats, Sunroof wind deflector, rear factory cargo cover and front license plate mounting bracket. Regarding the minor accident reported in the Carfax: According to the person I bought the car from, this was a minor fender bender at the right rear bumper which was all repaired with new parts (rear bumper cover and exhaust). I've been under the car and cannot tell that there was ever any damage. I have a clean title in hand and ready for immediate sale (no liens, and not a salvage title). I reserve the right to end the auction early for local sale. Vehicle Flaws:1. Driver folding side mirror motor intermittently doesn't work (Not the motor that moves the mirror itself, but the one that folds the mirror in toward the vehicle when you press the little button next to the mirror adjustment switch). As long as you don't mess with it, its not a problem as the mirror generally stays in position. 2. There are some missing pixels on the OBC/NAV LCD screen. Fortunately they are toward the bottom of the screen and don't obstruct any of the menu commands for the OBC.3. Driver side seatbelt retractor spring is worn. Sometimes you have to help guide the seatbelt back into the retractor after unclipping. 4. There are a few minor scratches, dings and rock chips. Over all the paint is excellent, but this is an 11 year old car so don't expect perfection! Auction Terms (PLEASE READ):1. These models came fully loaded with almost every option from the factory including 20 inch rims, and had a $72K price tag. They only made 1469 of these so they are rare - especially a pampered low mileage one like this. It puts down 355 horsepower and will do 0-60 in 6 seconds flat - its a beast! It carves up mountain roads like a 5 series and thunders down the freeway with authority.
