well, here we go. i heard a rumor about a og owner plum crazy 383/ 4-speed 1970 challenger not far from my house, tracked it down. not for sale. after years, it was decided that it needed to go to a new home. it has been sitting for probally 30+ years. it is complete, and BONE STOCK( minus the rims) plum crazy, white interior, white vynal top, 383 N code, pistol grip 4-speed, 8 3/4 ( dont know if its sure grip) etc. it needs a complete restoration. but, this is the car to do it to. Bads: fender tag missing( might be somewhere in the car), ive found 2 broadcast sheets in the car but neither match this cars VIN( both i found are perfect, one for a vynal top car, and one for a conv, R/T). This car has og radiator( i think 952? im not a mopar guy) everything is there and untouched. it rolls, i will get some tires that hold air on the back( already did the front), keys in ignition. anyone is welcome to inspect at my shop. og spare, jack in trunk, etc. dash pad has 2 small cracks, rally dash, etc. i cant bring my self to part the car out, although it might be worth more that way( my opinion) Car is sold on bill of sale, had police verify VIN ( car never had a title) car is for sale locallly, interested in 409 chevy stuff as partial trade.On Nov-23-17 at 07:51:41 PST, seller added the following information: dr door panel and outer door handle is in the back seat. i can get pics of whatever anyone wants( just not today) you can call or text seven74-280-4677 or my shop 508-278-4090. Also looking for early 90`s Hoffman bike parts, or complets, can work a deal with that also On Nov-25-17 at 15:10:13 PST, seller added the following information: wow, i cant believe the attention this car is getting. Again, im not a Mopar guy, but love all musclecars. i had a fellow come and look at the car yesterday, and he spent quite a while going over it. the engine is the one the car was born with, by the #`s i believe he said by the oil pan rail, and same with the A-833 he said he cleaned off pad. ill try to get pics on mon. rear end is a 489 case. He couldnt believe how untouched the car was. Like i said its a 1 owner og paint, bone stock( still has the different thread lugs on dr side, never been changed). ill take pics of anything anyone wants, i want to be as honest as i can with this car. In my opinion its rough, but def restorable. it is one of the best color combo 70 e-bodys out there, and its a stick, and all # matching. i collect 63 chevys and ive looked at worse that i would consider restoring.
