Car doesn't run, a bad timing belt was put on it and it damaged the engine by the time I pulled over. I never took off the head to assess damage but a little work could go a long way. Lot of little details were fixed before this, there is body damage on the passenger side fender from a previous crash but everything mechanic was fixed.
