This is a 2009 Nissan Pathfinder SE with 119,700 miles. This vehicle did NOT flood in the recent Houston floods. Following auction conclusion, I will gladly provide proof of full insurance coverage on the vehicle prior to and following the Hurricane Harvey flooding, along with evidence that no claim was made on the vehicle for any damage in connection to the storms/flooding. I am the 2nd owner on the vehicle, purchased in 2012 with approximately 60k miles on it at the time. I am a non-smoker and have taken very good care of the vehicle with regular servicing and synthetic oil changes. The two rear tires are brand new (replaced approx. 1 month ago) and the front two tires are about 1 year old with good tread remaining. This vehicle drives perfectly and has no known mechanical or electrical issues. The TPMS light is currently on (pictured) although all tires are inflated properly; I believe the sensor will need to be changed at the next tire change interval (or earlier if you prefer). There is typical wear and tear that should be expected of a vehicle of this age, but it is in overall good shape. The pictures should show that the carpeting in front of the driver's seat has a worn-in section, the passenger headlight appears to have had a slight leak and some dried residue remains on the inside of the lamp, and there is a very faint line across the exterior passenger side of the vehicle that does not feel like it is down to the paint and seems like it could perhaps be buffed out. The vehicle comes with a spare tire in good shape, the original owners manual, but it does not include the original jack. I will include the pictured blue 2.5 ton hydraulic jack with the car.
