hello up for sale is my 2006 chevy 1500hd 2wd truck, i bought this truck new and a friend of mine has been using it for the last couple years...the truck has a 4.8 liter v-8 with 132k on it ..it has a manual transmission , manual windows and manual locks...it does have air conditioning and when i ordered it i upgraded the seat and ordered it with a positive traction rear axle.also spray in bedliner .the only thing that has ever been replaced under the hood is the battery and alternator 2 years ago...the evap canister was changed also ,back tires are almost new ...front tires are 50%....before it was taken off the road i brought it to my mechanic told him to go through the truck mechanically i thought i was going to keep it but i bought a new one ..he put in 2 new universal joints,1 new wheel bearing ,new ball joints and new tie rod ends he also replaced all the metal brake lines(they where leaking) all that work cost me $1400...he recomended to bring it in for a front end alignment and possibly a master cylinder because the pedal is not where i like it.. the ABS light and brake light are on .i did not bring it back due to the fact i took it off the road...this truck runs excellent ,has no vibrations and goes down the road straight...it does have a class 3 hitch...the body is original no accidents or paintwork ...the tailgate rusted in the back corner so john hinged it ..it does have some rust starting on the back wheel wells and rocker panels..the truck is being sold as is ...the truck had a lien on it but i do have the lein release...please come and drive it i live in melrose New York, zipcode is 12121,it is upstate between albany and saratoga...truck must be paid in full within 5 days of auction ending ...please ask any questions i will be glad to answer them...no trades
