Thank you for your interest in our NO RESERVE AUCTION for our 2009 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor with only 111k miles. We have been very picky in selecting the best performing vehicles retired by the agencies they served with. This unit in particular was very well maintained by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department in Southern California. It is a V8 4.6L PI SOHC Flexfuel engine with 4 speed automatic transmission and traction control. The interior of this vehicle has been impressively maintained and taken care of as it had no holes on the dash and the steering wheel looks and feels brand new. The scent of the interior still smells new. The heater, window defroster and AC work exactly as they should without any flaws. The suspension on this vehicle is extremely firm and smooth. The drive-train performs flawlessly as every gear shifts firmly and without hesitation. Furthermore, the engine performs with the type of power that will throw you back in your seat. In addition to the exceptional performance of this vehicle, is the low idle hours. A lot of people are concerned (as they rightfully should be) for the idle hours on the vehicles they purchase due to each idle hour being equivalent to 33 miles. As seen on most patrol cars, the average idle hours is between 2,500 and 10,000 idle hours!!! (That is a lot and can definitely be felt in the engine's performance). However, this particular vehicle has a very low 984 idle hours!! In other words, this vehicle has a lot of life left, thus the reason we selected this vehicle to serve again. We have outfitted this unit with a full lighting package for LE, to include an up-gradable CPU unit that is mounted in the vehicle. This unit is TURN-KEY ready for work and can be driven anywhere.
