2009 Mini Cooper S Coupe PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Mechanics Special Mini Cooper S CoupeBritish Racing Green over Black Leather Interior We spent over $ 5,000.- on this Mini and fixed everything with the idea of keeping it for another 3 years at the least. Mechanic told us to fix the Timing Chain as well which we did not at the time. He said we had a little time so we listened. It didn't last that long and Timing Chain went Bad. Went and asked '3" different mechanics for different opinions. I am told Timing Chain may damage or bend the valves and I may get away with $ 1,500.- in total or if the damage is extensive than I have to spend about $ 4,000.- for an engine swap. Either way this Mini still has almost everything done right before the damage and everything works properly. It still is worth between $ 7,000.- to $ 9,200.- according to Dealers' Books Retail in Running Condition. Last Service was inclusive of Valve Covers. Valve Cover Gasket. Injectors. Coils. Spark Plugs. Oil Change. Brakes. Transmission Oil Flush. I am looking for a small return at this point and I will sell it to the highest bidder.
