2000 Mercedes-Benz CLK320 Convertible - 185,884 CarFax Documented Miles - No Accidents New York State Residents Please Understand Your Restrictions When Bidding On This Vehicle. Runs and drives like a low mileage car.Looks pretty good too!There is and indentation on the passenger door.Very minor rust sports - too small to notice.Has navigation.Convertible top and interior are like new.Could not figure out how top operates, so assume it does not work.This car goes to the highest bidder.No Reserve!No Buy It Now!Please Don't Ask!This car will not pass NY State inspection.All 4 tires are weak but should get you home with no problems - however, no guarantees!There is a crack in the driver view of the windshield.At this point I did not rack the car because I am not going to put the money into the car.Brakes feel fine but assume it may or may not need brake pads.Front end and steering feels fine.Not a bad car - bid with confidence and drive it home.Underneath is solid and rust free.No visible leaks, smoking or noises.Because it will not pass NY State inspection ... New York residents are unable to bid or buy unless they are a registered car dealer, registering/re-titling the vehicle out of state or are using it for “Parts Only”. When a car is sold as “Parts Only’ or “Salvage” it must pass a NY State “Salvage Inspection”. This is done to keep rebuilt wrecks that are unsafe off the road – especially vehicles with frame damage or airbag deployment. My cars are rarely rebuildable wrecks and therefore will easily pass this strict inspection process when the problem that is advertised is corrected. There are about 10 to 15 NY State salvage inspection sites in NY State – 2 or 3 are on Long Island and there are a couple in NY City. Call me for further clarification. As a registered NY State dealer I am unable to sell a car that won’t pass inspection to a NY State resident. Anyone else can bid and buy.
