We have a sweet '74 C-10 lowered on staggered US Mag wheels, with a perfect natural patina. This truck is powered by a 5.3ls motor from a 2005 year model backed with a 4L60e Automatic transmission. We performed the swap ourselves at our tire and automotive shop. The factory ecm has been installed with an OBD port to program or diagnose any issue's that may arise in the future. The truck has a huge radiator with dual electric fans so overheating is not an issue at all. It has idled in upper 90 degree's for a while with no heat issue's! It has the factory 3.73 rear diff. It also has a Dakota Digital dash cluster programmed to the correct wheel/tire combo so the speedometer and odometer record properly. The dash is also programmable, the fuel gauge is accurate and all gauges function using the factory senders(from the ls motor) This truck rides and drives great with plenty of power from the LS. We have installed headers and straight pipe exhaust and sounds amazing! The front and rear bumpers are new, all the trim on the body has been replaced. The rocker panels are good, does have the typical GM body rot, but the frame is very solid with no rust issue's. Please message for any questions you may have, thank you!
