This is a all original numbers matching, Aluminum 4 Cylinder with a Borg Warner 5 speed manual 1976 Chevy COSWORTH Vega #2905! Still has the original Gold Cosworth wheels! This car ran when parked a year ago. We put a jumper box to the battery and it turns over freely! This is a VERY VERY solid car!! There is no major rot on the rockers, quarters, doors or fenders!(pics speak for them selves!)The body even appears to be very straight with very little to no dents! Someone even started to sand down the what appears to look like the original paint and you can truly see how solid and rust/rot free this car is! The trunk pan/spare tire section has no rot! The back lower section by the tail lights looks to be in great shape! All the glass looks to be in good shape for its age! As you can see from the interior, it is pretty complete but missing the dash pad. The underneath of this car is very solid with no major rot!!!(see underneath pics). The worst part of the car is that the hood has rot and will need to be replaced!You can truly tell this car has always been down South! This is truly a RARE and hard to find VEGA! This is a GREAT Project car to start with, due to it is #2905 of 3508 produced Cosworth's and it is VERY solid!!!!These Cosworth's were only produced in 1975 and 1976!NO you can NOT drive it home!!
