Car has brand new tires and starts right up. Idles a little low after it's warmed up and you can smell oil burning off the engine from a leak, it's not burning it through the exhaust it's an external leak somewhere. Air bag in steering wheel is just a cover the bag itself is gone. Good car for a project or race car rally car. I do not know a lot about these Subaru's.
