This is a very fun and hard working 1980 Mercedes 300TD Diesel Wagon. Very original, in pretty good shape for a 37 year old car. I use it to commute 30 miles each way thru the 10,000 foot mountains of southern Colorado, all year round. She is a smooth runner. At her age, she would be happier at lower, warmer, flatter locations. Burns oil but blowby is not bad for an old car. Transmission is slow to engage in the morning, but does not slip. I do consider this to be a reliable daily driver, I have never been let down. 25 mpg up and down mountain passes. Heat/AC system works but is weak (some mysterious vacuum issue). Power windows: only driver's window currently works. Power locks do not work. I have not done any troubleshooting. She has no rust other than some surface patina here & there. The interior is very nice and complete with CD/Aux deck. A very solid car to drive or restore/upgrade. Above 35 degrees she starts with ease. Below freezing you need to plug her block heater in. Newer tires, new front shocks, new Bosch glow plugs, newer stereo. Buyer responsible for shipping. No Reserve!
