We’ve had this car for approximately 9 years. It was my son’s car to drive. He has moved away so we no longer have a need for it. Currently, the battery in the car doesn’t hold a charge, but otherwise it runs and drives well. It has a newer gear box. The original gear box comes with the car. We had it replaced because it would tend to pop out of first gear. We had a new clutch, pressure plate, etc. installed and flywheel resurfaced at 103,000 miles. We also have the original wheels which come with the car. The car also has a new/rebuilt head and new timing belt, tensioner, idler pully, balance shaft belt, pulley which was all installed approximately 750 miles ago. A HID headlight conversion kit was also installed. The windows have been tinted to the max allowed in Illinois. The tint has a transferrable warrantee. The check engine light is off, but the ABS light comes on. The air conditioning system leaks; it will only hold a charge for a few weeks. The sun roof and power windows work but the sun roof head liner has seen better days. The car was originally black. It was repainted the same color because the previous owner had gone through the car wash too many times and ruined the finish down to the primer. If you’ve read this far you must be a DSM enthusiast and can appreciate this car. This car is being sold as is.Auto Check scored the car a 19. If you click on the ? you will see its because of the calculated number of owners. I'm not sure how that calculation is made. Everything else checks out OK in vehicle history.
