1998 PORSCHE BOXSTER. 105,291 original miles. Silver on Black. Cabriolet top is in good condition. Operates perfectly. Interior is in great condition, black carpeting is still fresh and the black leather seats are soft. This has been a California car and has no body damage. The correct factory alloy wheels are on the car and the tires are still fresh. This is a 5 speed manual car. It shifts smoothly and quietly and there is no sign of clutch wear or slippage. If you want to acquire a great Boxster that has not been abused or driven hard, this is a perfect example. This car has a salvage title as an insurance claim was made when the alarm immobilizer unit under the seat got wet. There is no sign of any water damage and with a new part now in place, the car runs and operates perfectly. A/C blows cold. It is not uncommon for the roof drain tubes to get clogged with leaves or debris over time on these cars. This is how it got wet inside. They have been cleared and this rain issue won't happen again. This issue with the roof drains is explained in many posts if you google it. There are NO rust issues or remnants from the rain leak that happened once and was immediately fixed.
