Fun and reliable little car! New-Beetle model (means, not classic model) is a used vehicle. Vehicle runs great and is mecanically very sound. No issues with engine/transmission, etc.This is a 2000 VW Beetle GLS. No accidents or major body damage/work. Its a very safe front wheel drive vehicle with a 2.0 L 14 EFI engine! I bought this car for my sons to learn how to drive a stick-shift on a couple years ago, but then kept it as a daily driver because of how reliable it is. Vehicle is being sold AS-IS, no warranty!Please check out the vehicle completely to your satisfaction prior to bidding please! By bidding, you're acknowledging that you are aware of the condition and accept it AS-IS :) The car does have 17 years of life and expected wear on it, though. There are cosmetic issues both inside and out and all are minor/tolerable. Driver's side window isn't working and will need to be addressed by the buyer. Window gets stuck in up/down position and seems to be off its track. The bottom-left of the front bumper is loose, so it is taped up. The small (I think fog) light on the bottom-left of the front bumper is broken, as it falls and drags on the ground if the bumper comes loose. I don't know exactly what to call that frame holding the 2 smaller lights, so I'm calling it the bumper. The other light on the front, the right one, has a crack on it. On the driver's side, under the door on the bottom, there is an abrasion. The front of the car has multiple small dings. On the passenger's side of the car, near the back, there are very faint lines that appear to be the pain cracking. There are also faint streaks of white paint in the same area. On the back of the car, on the left above the tail lights, there is a little mark of green paint. The tail light on the passenger's side is taped because it falls out. The handle on the inner side of the driver's door is completely broken off. Pink factory glue (I think that's what it is) is hardened near the bottom of the driver's door on the inside. The base holding the E-break is cracked behind it, so it is duct taped to prevent things from falling into it and messing with the mechanics of the E-break. Each seat in the back has a small chunk of material missing. The little red plastic reflector on the inside of the driver's door is gone and fallen off. I believe it was for when one opens a door on the side of the road in the night. The outside of the seat belt buckle in the passenger's seat is dismantled. The buckle is full functioning, the other shell of it, or the cosmetic part is not there though. The vehicle is only available for local pick up in North Bend, OR 97459! We are not driving the car now, since my son upgraded to a used BMW SUV, so we do not currently have it insured and did not renew the registration. Buyer will need to get it registered.
