Triumph Spitfire 1976 – This is a nice driving car. The body was off and the frame and running gear was restored about 14 years ago. The body and paint are in original condition, as is the interior. They both show the wear of their age. It has Miata seats. It was my intention to finish the restoration by redoing the body and interior, but I never got around to it and continued to drive it as it is. The body is solid. The floors are without rust. There is some pinhole rust in the left side valance, but I have a replacement part for it. There is also some minor rust just a head of the left rear wheel well. This car runs strong and has electric overdrive controlled by a switch on the shifter. The tires are good. The top is in good shape. It does have a tonneau cover that needs minor repair and the snaps and grommets replaced. The battery is new. Mileage is unknown. I have had a great time with this car, but I moved and don’t have a place for it any more. I am sure whoever buys it will enjoy it as much as I have.
