You are bidding on our 2012 Honda CR-V LX AWD Sport Utility Vehicle. The vehicle has 134,400 miles and is in near perfect cosmetic and mechanical condition. This was one of our commuter cars and 100,000+ of those miles are NJ and PA Turnpike Highway miles. The car gets very good MPG at 29 MPG overall. General AltiMAX RT43 tires are at 90% tread and were replace before this last winter. Wish we put those on earlier as they are very quiet and exceptional handling in wet & dry conditions. The exterior color is a deep red that retains its original luster and shows almost no signs of wear. The interior is light gray and it in near flawless condition. As the picture show, we take VERY good care of our vehicles! To say this was pampered is an understatement. It has been washed once a week at the Honda Brush-Less Car Wash and Professionally Detailed interior, exterior and engine compartment at the end of each Winter Season. All regular maintenance was performed by the Honda Dealer. The only repair was replacing the AC Compressor, and we did this as a precaution this spring as we did not want it to fail during the summer; it began to make a tapping sound. That is a known issue for this model at 100k+. If our cars needed something...they get it! Nothing keeps a car in tip top shape better than performing the Preventative Maintenance work on time. We added the 1,500 lb Trailer Hitch when we took our son to College in August 2016; towed a 5' trailer with no issues. It is wired with a Four Pin Connector. We also added an aftermarket remote start; makes those cold winter mornings more comfortable and MUCH longer range over the OEM remote starter. I encourage you to come and see it to fully appreciate just how good it runs and looks. I would put my family in this and drive it to CA and back without worry. We just purchase a new SUV and we no longer need the CR-V. We are the original owners and we have the clear title in hand.
