Rare, 1 year only, 1 piece windshield/5 window !The truck is on it's original frame, with a complete new custom Mustang II based front suspension. Rack and pinion steering, powder coated tubular upper/lower a-arms, coil springs, power GM disc brakes. new master cylinder, stainless braided brake lines, 2 inch dropped spindles, all new shocks etc. Steering is very tight, better than new in 1954! Rear axle is a GM 12 bolt.Engine is a Vortec 350, converted to an edlebroc 600 cfm carburetor / aluminum intake manifold, electric fuel pump. It has a new high torque Minnie starter, and new battery. It has new cast "rams horn" exhaust manifolds, dual mandrel bent pipes with glass pack mufflers and new hangers. New water pump, HEI distributor. Engine seems to run strong, It sounds a little loud, but good!New aluminum radiator with electric fan. new 15 gallon aluminum fuel cell in bed of truck.Transmission is a turbo 400, new hard lines and new fluid, custom floor shifter.The body is pretty straight for its age, patina was cleaned and left as is, but painted with gloss clear. there are a few minor lead repairs done back in the day that look really cool under the clear!All the windows are new, with new seals.Dash has been smoothed/shaved, new Dolphin gauges, speedo cable, wires, and senders. Turn signals/ lights work, electric windshield wiper motor. Steering wheel looks to be out of a 60's impala. New inside door handle/window cranks, custom bench seat.Floors are solid, with some patches, and has been coated with bed liner for durability. New headliner, still in the box.This truck has not been registered for the road since the 1970's. It has not been driven very far or fast since being brought back to a runner. The truck is over 60 years old, it is not perfect! There is no warranty of any kind, expect that it may need adjustments/other work/bugs worked out before driving long distances or high speeds.
