Up for auction is my 2003 BMW Z4. This is a really good running car, with no known major issues. 2.5 inline 6, 5speed manual trans, this thing is a blast to drive! I'm in north jersey so there are a lot of windy backroads that run through the mountains, so much fun!!! I bought it from a friend intending to keep it for a long time, put a couple thousand miles on it. I absolutely love the car but its a little tight for me on long trips, I am too tall for the car at 6ft7, I get leg cramps after an hour. Also there is a motorcycle I have to have so I'm going o use the money from this car to put towards that. I had my fun now its time for this beautiful machine to go to else that's going to drive it and enjoy it. I have service records, this car may have 199k miles but it was well cared for and has a lot of life left. It runs just as good or better than cars with half the miles. Starts right up, does not smoke at all, runs, shifts and brakes perfect. Suspension is tight, doesn't pull or rattle. Clutch grabs nice and has plenty of life left. A/C blows ice cold, power windows and top all work flawlessly, no water leaks whatsoever. No oil or coolant, leaks, and to my knowledge it doesn't burn any. Tires were put on last year and don't even have 5000 miles on them, they are not run flats but there is a spare. Just passed nj state inspection. The only issues with the car which aren't even a big deal is one of the front bulbs in the right turn signal works intermittently, the board needs to be cleaned, the plastic trim under the front bumper is beat up and held on with zip ties as pictured (didn't bother me, its so low nobody sees it) power driver mirror doesn't work, the rubber on the cowling under the wipers is cracked, interior is nice but has a few imperfections as pictured, and the nose has paint chips from the mileage. Every day I took it out I got compliments on the car, its a real head turner! If you are looking for one of these , this one will for sure be the best deal you are going to find. Its not perfect but its very nice for what it is. Whoever wins this auction will be very happy with the car.
