Up for sale is our 2002 Volkswagen Passat GLS 1.8T. It has been owned by one family since purchase - a set of parents, and their daughter, who drove it sparingly over the past year. It has 40,000+ original miles with no accidents, and is Virginia emissions inspected (through 3/2018) and safety inspected (through 7/2018). The vehicle has a few minor scratches here and there, and the rear passenger side wheel has some slight curbing. However, there is no rust, the body is straight, the paint shines, there is almost no wear on the upholstery, and the interior -including carpets, mats, door panels, dash and headliner - is clean. Mechanically, it has been maintained almost entirely at Stohlman VW in Vienna, Virginia, where it was also purchased. And while it was driven less than 3,000 miles per year, all scheduled and necessary maintenance was performed based on time intervals (not mileage).
