The motor is completely re built Including : *Re-built crank with new sludge trap and bearings * Rods re conditioned and check for straightness and have new bearing installed * Brand new pistons and rings * Cylinders bored and honed * New valves, valve guides, valve springs, pushrods, pushrods tubes , lifters and lifter blocks * New Boyer electronic ignition with new coils * New complete charging system * New clutch hub, plates, pressure plate and primary chain * All new bearings in the transmission * New Amal 930 carburetor The wheels and brakes are completely overhauled with new bearings and brake shoes The front end is completely re built with new fork tubes dampeners , bushings,seals and hardware Other new parts include : Hand made Acme HardtailAcme Tail light Gas box rear fender Acme seat HeadlightExhaustTires Handle bars and controls The list goes on and on ..... this is basically a brand new bike ! There are many handmade and unique custom features . It starts easily with one or two kicks and everything works as it should You can jump on and ride this bike everyday , it's just as reliable as a stock bike and runs drives and handles very well.
