This 1999 Chrysler Convertible SEBRING JX - SXJ, looks good, has a great sounding engine and drove good until the transmission started not going into 3rd. I was told by more then 1 person that this has like 5 sensor that tell it when to properly shift and if one goes out they are know for doing this. All i know is i paid a pretty penny for it, it drove nice and is comfortable to drive. That is why i kept it for last couple years and planned on fixing it. But i have to many projects, so decided to sell it along with a few other vehicles i own. Clear Title under 200K miles. Like i said i have had this for a couple years and planned on fixing it. The battery no longer starts it with out a jump. But starts easily and for setting around sounds smooth and strong. The driver side head light i took out and used in another vehicle for a bit, all there and works but needs to be wired back up. I would of suggested replacing the rag top, but now it needs to be replaced. I went to raise top to show in photos that the top worked and when it was almost all the way down it popped the back glass. So needs to be replaced. The hood / front bumper has the laquer / shellack peeling in places. The trunk as shown in one photo has tiny round spots (might of been hail) but no other places on car like it. I purchased it like that. Driver side speaker cover is cracked (as shown in a photo) . Everything else worked when i last drove the auto, but has not been tested. This could be a great car just needs a little work. Selling it as an as-is-auction but have described it to the best of my knowledge. Any questions feel free to ask.
