This is a 1991 Mercury Capri Convertible w/ Hardtop. 127,800 original miles. Clear title. It runs and drives fine. New battery and alternator. It has some trouble starting at times - maybe a short in the ignition. It was originally red and painted black at some time. It wasn't a great paint job - inside the hood and trunk are still red. This comes with the soft top (split in the rear window) and the hard top (excellent). Body is not perfect, but not bad - some evidence of bondo. Seats have rips in them, currently covered with seat covers. I was planning on restoring it for my son, but decided to go in another direction. This is a fun summer car - 5 speed manual transmission. Lots of scoot! Front wheel drive. Nice new sound system with CD AM/FM Radio and Aux. A great project car for total restoration or drive as is. Solid.Priced to sell - I've seen the removable hard tops sell separately for $800 by themselves. I've seen the spoilers (I have a spoiler from a XR2 turbo model) sell for $400 (needs painted). I've seen this radio sell for $100. That's $1300. I also have an extra set of 4 wheels and tires I'll include with it. That's at least another $200.
