I will be listing this vehicle on other websites and I reserve the right to cancel this auction at anytime before bids are placed.** Vehicle HistoryThe inception date for this vehicle was Feb 2004, when it was sold brand new by Land Rover Darien (CT) to Owner #1. Owner #1 had all service work done by Land Rover Darien and Land Rover Charlotte and traded the vehicle into Land Rover Charlotte in 2006. I am owner #2, and I purchased this vehicle in April 2006 from Land Rover Charlotte (NC). This vehicle had 20,605 miles in 2006 at my time of purchase. I have been the sole owner and sole driver since 2006. Title has been free and clear since purchase and is ready to transfer to the next owner. The exterior color is a dark metallic blue (Adriatic Blue), and the interior is wood trim with Sand leather interior seats (please view photos). This vehicle has been garaged 100% of the time. I denoted 83k miles (rounded up) for this listing - however the actual mileage is lower (~82,935). See photo taken the same day as this listing. In the 11+ years I have owned this vehicle, I have averaged only 4k-6k/year in mileage. This vehicle comes with 2 LR FOB keys,1 valet key, and the original user manuals and handbooks. Original navigation disks. (All shown above in photos). Also shown in one of the photos is a 3 page summary from Land Rover Charlotte that details every equipment feature and option that this vehicle has. Note to NC State Buyers - the 2017 inspection required by NC law has been performed already for this vehicle (good through March 2018), and the 2017 NC State Vehicle Property taxes have also been paid in full. Buyer is responsible for all fees, sales tax, title transfers, plate fees etc as required by their state law that governs this buying transaction. Buyer is responsible for their own plates.Condition, Maintenance, RecordsBesides the original manufacturer's warranty, this vehicle has also been under an extended Hendrick Land Rover Gold Warranty which ended in May 2017. Over the 11+ years I have owned this vehicle - 100% of the repairs and maintenance has been performed by Land Rover Charlotte. 100% Land Rover parts. I have a binder of all service, repair, and maintenance work records available for the buyer. This car has been meticulously serviced and maintained. Recent "general maintenance" includes 4 new tires in Aug 2016 (less than 3,000 miles on them). New battery in Dec 2016 ( <1500 miles ago). Oil changed in Sept 2016 (less than 2500 miles ago). I had new breather hoses, air filters, cabin filters installed in May 2017. In addition to some other recent repair work detailed below, Land Rover Charlotte performed a complete multi-point inspection in May 2017. Every item they denoted was addressed. The next oil change is due late 2017, and this vehicle will also be due for some general brake maintenance work in the next 6-12 months. Repairs - as denoted above, all repair records from Land Rover Charlotte since 2006 are available for the buyer. In the past 24 months alone, this vehicle has had all gaskets, seals, and spark plugs replaced as well as a new radiator. (> $11k, all records available). A new windshield cawal in 2016 (prevents wind noise at highway speeds). A new starter (May 2017) and ignition switch (2016) ($2k). New water pump and hoses (2016) ($2k). This vehicle has also had significant suspension and coolant parts replaced in recent years. My point in sharing this detailed information for serious buyers - is that everything and anything this vehicle needed in repairs was done immediately and by a Land Rover dealer. No collisions, no accidents. (see further info below in "visual condition" for normal wear and tear)Visual Condition (Scratches, dings, normal wear and tear)The photos included on Ebay were taken with my I-phone. This Range Rover has NOT been detailed. Just a basic Auto Bell car wash the day I took the photos. I am more than glad to take additional photos for any serious buyer if there is a specific area you want to see. This is a 13+ year old vehicle, and while it has been "exceptionally well maintained and serviced" by all normal standards - it does have normal wear and tear that would be expected with a 13+ year pre-owned vehicle. There are some minor scratches and minor dings on the exterior. It is being sold as is. Buyer is expected to fully inspect the interior and exterior of the vehicle before purchase/final payment.Non-smoker. No children. No dogs. The backseat area (leather seating, center arm rest console and rear floor mats) is in good to very good++ condition. As noted above, no children or infant seats, no dogs. Backseat area in general has seen rare and infrequent use. Most of the normal wear and tear is to the front driver seat and front floor mats (the floor mats can obviously be replaced if cleaning them doesn't suit you.) If you view the last 3 photos in detail, I attempted to capture the wear on the driver's seat area/carpet floor mat which is in my opinion the area with the most wear. The steering wheel and the dashboard knobs and dials and gearshift also have normal use/normal wear and tear. Glad to provide more photos. Any serious buyer is welcome to schedule a time to view this vehicle in person and/or have a proxy agent inspect it before placing a bid. You are also welcome to contact Land Rover Charlotte and discuss the vehicle with my service manager. As noted above, I had the vehicle pre-inspected in May 2017, and it has been garaged since returning from the dealer. I am an honest seller, and a long time E-bayer with 100% positive feedback over 15 years. I understand the risks and concerns that come from purchasing a vehicle online. It is the BUYERS responsibility to ask questions in advance of bidding. Please allow me 24 hours to respond. As denoted above, all records are available for serious buyers who place a bid of at least at the starting bid price. Deposit, Payment and Buyer Pick UpThe buyer is responsible for a $500 deposit to be made within 48 hours of their winning bid/ Buy It Now purchase - deposit accepted through pay pal. **Buyer will forfeit deposit if they fail to inspect the vehicle and make final payment within 7 days (or within an agreed upon time frame ( agreed upon by Seller) documented in writing, if buyer needs longer than 7 days). Buyer has 7 days from the date of purchase to inspect the vehicle, make full payment, and take delivery (pick up in Charlotte, NC). At the time of payment and pick-up - the vehicle becomes the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer must inspect the vehicle before making full payment and confirm their acceptance of condition in writing as this is a preowned vehicle being sold as is. If buyer is arranging for a transport company - buyer still must verify/inspect their purchase to confirm condition BEFORE it is loaded on the transport truck. The bottom line here is I want the buyer to have a chance to inspect everything and confirm it is as described. This is a pre-owned vehicle that is being sold as is under NC state law. All sales are final. For payment, I will accept wire transfers to my Wells Fargo account (wire must post before vehicle will be released) or a certified bank check from Wells Fargo or Bank America. No personal checks. No cash. If you need more time to inspect, etc contact me in advance of placing a bid. I am more than willing to work with ebay buyers, assuming I do not have other interested local buyers. This vehicle is safely garaged, and I want the buyer to be happy with their purchase.
