!!PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! THIS TRUCK IS BEING SOLD AS A PARTS CAR AND/OR MECHANIC SPECIAL ONLY. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING A TRAILER TO HAUL IT AWAY! I WILL NOT SHIP THE TRUCK TO YOU!! THE TRUCK DOES START, RUN AND DRIVE BUT IS NOT SAFE FOR ROAD TRAVEL. Now that the bold face stuff is outta the way.... Are you looking for a cheap donor parts car that you can use for your own 4Runner project...here she is. Mechanically savvy and want to attempt a resurrection?.....this is the truck for you. Looking for a dependable daily driver?....LOOK ELSEWHERE. Now for some intel on the truck. 1. It smokes like a small campfire due to oil leaking onto hot exhaust pipe. 2. It leaks every conceivable fluid from every possible location with the exception of fuel. 3. The transmission sounds like a sack of nickels in a garbage disposal. 4. The dashboard is lit up with multiple warning indicator lights. 5. The power steering pump is dead or dying so trying to steer it is similar to navigating a Spanish Galleon through gale force winds. 6. The passenger side fender has a small dent when a spooked, miscalculating, and dim-witted deer tried to cross the road. 7. The rear driver side taillight is cracked and dented when a spooked, miscalculating, and dim-witted driver backed into a telephone pole. 8. When you hit a bump it sounds like someone shaking some chains in a pillowcase due to a blown shock. 9. The interior has survived raising 5 boys, a large dog and a groggy father who habitually spilled coffee once a month. Some stains but no rips or tears in fabric! 10. And of course the countless other problems I have failed to discover. Still here? Good. Now how about some silver linings! 1. It does start, run and drive very short distances, i.e. onto your trailer. 2. For the age and mileage of the truck the body is in pretty decent condition. 3. The frame is in great shape for a rust belt truck that saw dozens of cruel Ohio winters. (Some pics below) 4. Three of the four tires have a good amount of tread still on them. One had a slow leak that comes and goes mysteriously. Soooooo, other than that she's a real beaut. So if your looking to pick up a dirt cheap truck that you can dissect or try to fix up place a bid and best of luck to you. Thanks for looking and good luck!
