2003 CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE - NO RESERVE!! Automatic Wheelchair Ramp Steering Wheel Controls Automatic Transmission 3.3L V6 Only 86K Original Miles Handicap Accessible Van No Reserve Auction! 70+ Pictures High Res Pictures -- Please allow time to load! Vehicle Description: This is a 7-Day NO RESERVE auction for a 2003 Chrysler Town & Country Wheelchair Handicap Van! HIGH BIDDER WINS! Automatic Wheelchair Ramp! Only 86K Original Miles! Check out the pictures! Thank you for checking out my auction - please take the time to read the full description below and carefully examine the high resolution pictures. I try to describe the positives & negatives of this vehicle accurately in this description. Check out this 2003 Chrysler Town & Country minivan that is equipped with an automatic wheelchair ramp. I obtained this vehicle from a large financial institution where it had been repossessed, since purchasing it I have put about 100 miles on it. This Town & Country the 3.3L V6. It is equipped with options like power windows, power locks, power mirrors, power seat, and cruise control. Mechanically, this Grand Caravan is in decent condition. The engine runs smooth and with no loss of power. The transmission shifts good and goes through all the gears. The brakes stop the van straight and well, with a slight bit of pulsation but nothing overly concerning. This van is equipped with factory cruise control and it works like it should. While driving the suspension components appears to be in overall good shape, with no noticeable clunking or noises, but the rear doors do rattle a bit. The van pulls to the left a bit while driving, will likely need attention to the wheel alignment but otherwise the steering seems to be good. Exhaust sounds good. The engine sounds good and haven't noticed any smoke. I have not noticed any leaks on the ground where this Town & Country has been sitting, but the underside does show some fluid seepage. While driving, the transmission shifts smooth and goes into all gears. There is a slight vibration above 55 MPH, likely due to tires. The tires are all matching 215/70/15 size, but the brands are mismatched. The tires are in generally poor condition, but none have threads showing. The climate control works and this Town & Country blows air wherever you want it to (vents, defroster, etc - front and rear, although the response times are slow), the rear works on all power settings although the front blower only works on high. The Heat works but the A/C is not, it may just need to be recharged I did not try that. This Town & Country is equipped with AM/FM/CD/Cassette radio powers up and works like it should but I did not test the CD or Cassette. The airbag light is illuminated. The check engine light was previously on, but is not at the moment, it may come back. All of the gauges read properly and there are no abnormal readings. This van has power windows and locks that work well. The passenger power mirror doesn't work with the power. Overall, this vehicle drives very good and I wouldn't have an issue driving it anywhere I needed to go with the exception of maybe getting some better tires for a longer journey. Cosmetically -- this van is in below average condition. There are rust, dents and scratches throughout. Please look at each picture carefully, this vehicle certainly is not going to win any prizes at a car show. I've tried to capture the imperfections in the high resolution pictures below. All of the doors open and close without problems. The windshield and the rest of the glass is in good condition. The interior is cloth seats and carpeted floors. The seats are in good condition, except the driver seat rocks back and forth a little. The carpet shows some discoloration, please look at the pictures especially in the back area. The headliner is in clean condition and is generally nice and tight. The wheelchair ramp comes out of the passenger side rear door automatically and seems to work well. The van kneels to allow for easier access when the ramp is extended, this all seems to be working fine. There are hand controls for the gas/brake that appear to be working fine. If you have any questions don't hesitate to call or email and I will try to figure them out ASAP. Check out the pictures - they speak for themselves! I have tried to capture both the positives and the flaws in those pictures. This is a good opportunity to bid for a no-reserve wheelchair accessible van. I have tried my best to represent this vehicle accurately and to the best of my abilities. Earning and keeping a 100% positive feedback rating is very important to me! I purchase most of my vehicles as trade-ins from new car dealerships as traded. I test drive each vehicle on the expressway and around town for at least 20 miles, often over 100 miles, and use that experience to represent the vehicle to you on eBay. Please remember that you are buying a used vehicle and that a certain amount of wear/use/flaws are to be expected on any used vehicle -- including this one. You are welcome and encouraged to come check out this vehicle for yourself and take it for a test drive before the auction ends. I have included over 40 pictures - please check out them out. Feel free to email/call me (Michael) at 734-717-3653 with specific questions and I will do my best to answer them. Auction Details & Payment Information: The vehicle is for sale locally as well so auction can end at any time. Bid with confidence as I have represented the vehicle well. There will be a $100 documentation fee added on to each vehicle sold (including sales to other dealers). A $500 deposit is required within 24 hours of the auction ending via paypal. The remaining balance will need to be paid within 7 days of the end of the auction by Cash or Cashier's Check. If you need financing, please have that arranged BEFORE the auction ends. Please only bid if you are 100% serious about buying this vehicle. This means you have a plan for shipping or picking up the vehicle and have the financial ability to pay for it. Due to high amounts of non-paying bidders recently, you must have a PayPal account associated with your eBay Account to bid on my auctions. Please make sure you have this, especially if you plan on waiting until the last hours to place a bid because it can take a while to set this up. Please do not take away someone else's opportunity to buy this vehicle by placing a bid without the full intention on purchasing it. Thank you! If you have any questions about this, please don't hesitate to call me at 734-717-3653. We are a licensed used vehicle dealer and must collect sales tax/title/plate fees so please contact me prior to the auction ending if you want to know what fees you will have to pay on top of the purchase price. Michigan residents will pay 6% sales tax, $15 title fee, and whatever your plate ends up being. For out of state buyers, each state is a different tax/title scenario. If this is a concern, please contact me before the auction ends and I will tell you exactly how much (if any) tax will be for your state. For out of state buyers, any taxes that are paid to me you will receive a credit in your home state (you will not be double-taxed). All out of state buyers will be required to purchase a 15-day temporary tag/registration for $10.00 without regard to how you are getting the car to your home state (shipping it or driving it) and you will need to send me a copy of proof of insurance for any vehicle you own. This is the State of Michigan's rule, not mine...but from browsing eBay $10 is probably the cheapest temp-tag of any state and you will be able to drive your car immediately and legally. In Michigan, all cars sold over 10 years old are marked as mileage exempt in accordance with Federal law. Basically, this means that the State stops keeping track of mileage on older cars, however Autocheck still does track the mileage and this vehicle is not known to have any mileage inaccuracies or discrepancies. Any New eBay bidders or those with zero feedback, please send us a message or give me call to confirm your contact information or your bid will be canceled. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping. We will work with your shipper to help them in any way we can. We are located in Manchester, MI - a small town in SE Michigan about 20 minutes from Ann Arbor or about an hour from the Detroit or Toledo areas. We are on a main state highway, under 10 miles from the interstate. We can pick up from Detroit Metro Airport or Ann Arbor Amtrak station for free. Vehicle is available for local viewing just contact me to set an appointment! Thanks. Michael @ 734-717-3653. Contact Information: Feel free to call or text me any time at 734-717-3653.
